Organic Dental Oil for Oil Pulling
This organic-certified dental oil provides antibacterial action, strengthens the gums and ensures fresh breath and a healthy oral and throat flora. The Ayurvedic Tradition of Oil Pulling

Oil pulling should ideally be practiced immediately after waking up on an empty stomach. 1-2 teaspoons of oil are swished in the mouth for 2-20 minutes. Afterwards, spit it out, rinse the mouth with lukewarm water and clean the teeth as usual. The purpose: The dental oil binds bacteria in the oral cavity and has a detoxifying effect on the entire body.
Application
For cleaning and care, this organic dental oil can also be used several times daily, especially after meals. Rinse the oral cavity with 1 tablespoon of dental oil for 2-3 minutes and then spit out.
For oil pulling, keep 1 teaspoon of dental oil in the mouth for 10-15 minutes in the morning. Rinse the mouth with lukewarm water and clean the teeth as usual if desired. Shake before use!
